SECOND COURSE | Quail & Blackberry
Cold-smoked and roasted quail paired with savory bread pudding, roasted carrots and asparagus, finished with a vibrant blackberry sauce.
THIRD COURSE | Smoked Wild Boar
Cold-smoked wild boar strip loin accompanied by heirloom carrots, braised cabbage, fresh apple and plum, and roasted potato.
FOURTH COURSE | Roasted Lamb & Parmesan Risotto
Roasted lamb chop served with creamy Parmesan risotto, savory guanciale, arugula and fresh herbs, finished with a rich red wine reduction.
FIFTH COURSE | Brownie à la Mode & Bananas Foster
A warm, freshly baked chocolate fudge brownie topped with vanilla bean ice cream and Bananas Foster, finished with whipped cream and a decadent caramel drizzle.
